with investments in England, Scotland and Wales.
Emphasis is placed on a secure and well spread rental income which covers
some 250,000 square feet of floor space and over 150 tenancies in 19
locations.
Multi-let industrial and business estates and in-town office blocks are a
particular speciality, with the portfolio also including retail, leisure,
residential and land investments.
